Renovations

The renovation of this property was a complete transformation, both inside and out, while preserving key elements of its original charm. Externally, the roof was fully re-slated using the original slates.

This project involved the complete renovation of two adjoining terraced townhouses on Kevin Barry Street. Both properties were fully stripped back.

Frayne Construction undertook the renovation and extension of Ceann Loca, a distinctive 1930s semi-detached home on Saint John’s Road, Wexford.
