Complete exterior and interior renovation of semi-detached three-bay window single-storey house, built 1933.
The old features and characteristics of the house such as the glazed porch and the red fibre-cement slate roof with trefoil perforated crested terracotta ridge tiles were incorporated into the new design.
An extension was built at the rear of the existing house for two new bedrooms.
