The Doll’s House

The Doll’s House in Rathaspeck, Wexford, underwent a complete, sympathetic restoration by Frayne Construction, focusing on both exterior and interior renewal of this beloved listed building. The carefully orchestrated refurbishment included the restoration and repainting of the timber and brick façade, which had grown dim and dilapidated over time, revitalising its historic charm. Inside, extensive works were carried out to re-establish a comfortable, liveable environment while preserving the character of the original structure. The end result is a beautifully restored heritage landmark, renewed in both appearance and functionality, yet firmly rooted in its storied past.
