Our team transformed this beautiful late 19th-century redbrick home, carefully preserving its heritage while introducing modern comfort and style.
The project began with a full restoration of the property’s elegant front façade, including the original timber sash windows, granite sills, and decorative brickwork. The bay windows and arched doorway were brought back to their original splendour.
Inside, we blended period charm with contemporary living. Original features were retained wherever possible, while the home was upgraded with an energy-efficient air-to-water heating system, improved insulation, and modern finishes.
To the side, we constructed a striking contemporary extension with large glazed panels, creating bright open spaces and a seamless connection to the landscaped gardens. The extension’s clean lines and modern materials complement the original architecture without overpowering it.
The result is a home that celebrates its history while delivering the comfort, efficiency, and style expected in a modern family residence.
