Kevin Barry Street

This project involved the complete renovation of two adjoining terraced townhouses on Kevin Barry Street. Both properties were fully stripped back and remodelled with new heating and electrical systems, upgraded wall and attic insulation, and fresh exterior finishes rendered in a nap plaster. To the rear, a two-storey extension was constructed, featuring ground-floor glass panelling that introduces natural light and creates a modern, open connection to the outdoor space. The result is a thoughtful blend of restored traditional structures with contemporary living areas, giving both homes a fresh lease of life while retaining their character.
