One of Frayne Construction’s most recognisable projects was the restoration and repainting of the Doll’s House at Rathaspeck, County Wexford. Dating from approximately 1900, this distinctive protected structure is one of Wexford’s best-known buildings.
Following the original restoration, our team returned to complete an extensive internal refurbishment, bringing the property up to modern living standards while preserving its unique character and heritage. Today, the beautifully restored Doll’s House operates as self-catering holiday accommodation.
